1. HUUSH and these terms

HUUSH is provided by Metloub. These terms describe use of this website and the HUUSH macOS app. Questions can be sent to hello@metloub.com. Any purchase-specific details presented by the official checkout, including taxes and payment-provider terms, also apply to that purchase.

2. Your licence

A HUUSH licence permits activation on one Mac that you own or control, subject to the licence status and activation checks. Keep your licence key and account access private. Do not resell, publish, share, or bypass licence credentials or activation limits. Rights to your own projects and exports remain yours.

The launch offer is $7.99 per licence for the first 20 licences, followed by a regular price of $14.99 per licence. The launch discount is limited to 20 redemptions and one per customer. Polar confirms availability, the final price and any taxes at checkout. Website purchase controls take you to Polar; a charge occurs only when you complete payment there.

3. Requirements and availability

HUUSH requires macOS 26 or later. Speech recognition and model availability depend on your hardware, selected language, and installed models. Model downloads, account verification, and licence activation or refresh may require internet access. Review the requirements for your particular build before purchasing.

Features and availability may change as the app develops. No promise is made here about a particular future feature, release date, or indefinite compatibility with future operating systems.

4. Your content and responsibilities

Use HUUSH only with content you have the right to process. You are responsible for your original media, edits, exports, backups, and compliance with the rules of any platform where you publish. Metloub does not acquire ownership of your media by providing HUUSH.

Speech recognition and word detection can make mistakes. Review the transcript, timing, replacement sounds, and exported result. Censorship affects the selected audio mix and does not guarantee compliance with every audience standard, platform policy, or law.

5. Payments, support, and refunds

Payment details and any applicable taxes are shown by the official checkout before you pay. Contact support at hello@metloub.com for licence or technical issues. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. A refunded or reversed purchase may have its licence deactivated.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or licensing service to break the law, interfere with other users, access accounts or data without permission, distribute malware, or evade security controls. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, fraud, or a material breach, subject to applicable law.

7. Third-party services

Checkout, email, hosting, authentication, and linked community services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. The Privacy Policy explains HUUSH’s data practices.

8. Limits and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HUUSH is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, liability, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not require you to waive those rights.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the product changes. The revision date appears above. Where law requires notice or agreement to a material change, that requirement applies. Contact hello@metloub.com if anything is unclear.
